Q. Can I change my payment plan?

You can currently change payment plan if you stared your programme after 31st March 2016. Any payment plan change will take effect for your next term registration.

Currently there are three payment plans available for UoR:

1 Installment Payment Plan

  • You are billed for all your tuition in one invoice (or remaining tuition if you change during the programme).
  • You will be billed prior to starting your first module and the due date is day 1 of class.
  • You will not be subject to annual fee reviews.

Pay In Advance (per module)

  • You are billed for the full cost of each module as you register.
  • You will be billed prior to the start of each module and the due date will be day 1 of class.
  • You will be subject to annual fee reviews.

Modular with 3 Instalments

  • You are billed per module on registration: though the cost of a module is billed over three installments.
  • You will be billed in three instalments prior to the following due dates: 1st instalment: day 1 of class; 2nd instalment day 30; 3rd instalment day 60.
  • You will be subject to annual fee reviews.

IMPORTANT:

  • For the Modular with 3 instalment Payment Plan, your invoicing will be affected if you pay before you are invoiced. For example:

If you module costs 1500 USD, and you pay 500 USD before you are invoiced, you will receive three invoices for the remaining balance of 333.33 USD each. It is highly recommended to pay only after you are invoiced.

  • Your payment plan is agreed to in your student agreement (contract), and Laureate Online Education B.V. reserves the right to request information regarding the request and/or limit the amount of times you are able to change payment plan.

  • Any payment plan change will take effect for your next module registration only, current registrations will be billed on the existing payment plan.
