If the award documentation has been returned to us we will re-send it to you.

If it has not been returned to us, the address matches and you have contacted us within 6 months from the date the award documentation was initially sent, then we will request for reprints of your award documentation at no additional cost to you. You will, however, be required to book a courier to collect the documentation and the courier will have to be arranged and paid for by you.
