If you believe that your participation in a module was impacted negatively due to unexpected and unpreventable circumstances, you may submit a Mitigating Circumstances Case (MCC) for a retake of the module.
A successful outcome of an MCC will mean that a student will be allowed to retake the module without an academic and financial penalty. Please see our full Guidelines on how the University handles Mitigating Circumstances, before submitting your application.
Please note, not all requests will be approved. Applications must be submitted as soon as possible.
You can submit your MCC retake request here.
