Thank you for choosing the courier option for the delivery of your award documentation. Please note that this delivery method requires students to arrange for the courier service themselves and all costs for courier delivery of the award documentation will have to be paid by the student. Students can arrange the collections of their certificates only on the date that was indicated in the email that you received.  

Once you have contacted your courier, please fill out the form below to let us know that you have arranged the courier so that we can make sure your certificate is ready. You can find the address details for collection at the bottom of the form. Additionally, you must attach the shipping label and the waybill, if they are not attached then your certificate will not be available for collection.
