Q. I am requesting an update regarding my existing refund

Upon receiving the Student Refund Request form, we will review your account and communicate the status to you.  All approved refunds will be processed and the funds are expected to be released within thirty (30) days.  Any charges to your account during the processing period may impact the amount of your refund.

Please note that we can only issue refunds to the original Payer and through the same method as the original payment. For example, if you paid your fees by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.  Payments made via bank wire will be returned to the bank account and can take +/- 10 working days.

The refund process requires a robust vetting and approval process. If your refund is for a large amount, the processing time will increase.
