In most situations a student that understands his or her disability issues well can work ahead or otherwise manage time in a way that doesn’t require special adjustments. Many students with disabilities will probably not register with the Disability Centre or disclose their disability in any way because they do not need to. Their classes and programmes are accessible to them and their disability doesn’t present any barrier or access issue.

However Laureate expects that some of our students are new to their disabilities and need time to learn how to handle their disability and develop time management skills. Furthermore for some of those students who have managed their disabilities for years disability can still be unpredictable. If you believe you have a disability that might affect your studies, please visit the Centre for Student Success disability pages .
