If you are using the Chrome internet browser, updates to the software by Google may mean you may need to make some changes if you find that you cannot access the online classroom.


Just follow these steps:


1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right of your Google Chrome browser

2. Select Settings

3. Click on Show Advanced Settings (you’ll find the link on the bottom of the page)

4. Under ‘Privacy’, click the grey box ‘Content settings...’

5. Find ‘Pop-ups’ and click the grey box ‘Manage exceptions...’

6. In the text box, paste this text: https://[*.]

7. Make sure the Behaviour column reads ‘Allow’ and then click ‘Done’

8. Close Google Chrome completely

9. Reopen Chrome

10. Open up your LENS page

11. Try to enter the classroom again
