Rescheduling a module before the start date
If you are registered to start a module and know that you will not be able to start it on that date, you should contact student support to reschedule the module using our Student Support web form.
Important: please let us know as soon as you realise you will not be able to start a module that you have been registered for. This will enable the University assign the place on the module to another student.
New students should contact their Enrolment Advisor to discuss the reschedule of their first module;
Rescheduling a module within the first two weeks
You may request to reschedule a module before the end of the fourteenth day of the module without academic or financial penalty. It is your responsibility to contact Student Support using our Student Support web form to request the reschedule. Informing your faculty member of the reschedule is not sufficient.
After the fourteenth day you are locked into the module. This means you can no longer reschedule and are liable to pay for the module.
New students should contact their Enrolment Advisor to discuss rescheduling the first module.
