Your internet browser stores information about the web pages you visit so that they load more quickly when you return to them. Sometimes your browser may not display the page correctly because it is referring to the stored information. To correct this you can clear your browser’s temporary internet files by following the instructions for your web browser given below.

Google Chrome (15 or higher)

  • Select the Wrench icon (the settings menu, located in the upper-right corner).
  • Select Options or Settings.
  • Click the Under the Hood tab or Advanced Settings drop-down.
  • Under Privacy – Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
  • Ensure Clear Browsing History and Delete Cookies and other site plug-in data are selected.
  • Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
  • Close the Settings tab.
  • Refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key.

Mozilla Firefox (8 or higher)

  • At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options.
  • Select the Advanced icon.
  • Click on the Network tab.
  • In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
  • Click OK to close the Options window.
  • Refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key.
  • Internet Explorer (8 or higher)
  • Select Tools from the top menu.
  • Choose Internet Options.
  • In the General tab, under Browsing History- click Delete.
  • Ensure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are selected, then click Delete.
  • Click the OK button to be taken back to your browser.
  • Refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key.

Apple Safari (5 or higher)

  • Select Safari from the menu bar. From the drop-down list select Reset Safari.
  • Ensure Empty the cache and Remove all cookies have been selected.
  • Click the Reset button.

Refresh the page.
